A lot of people will think that those who study baking are the students that didn't get good results and lazy student.. Do u think so??

Actually study baking is not as easy as you thought.. Got a lot of methods and ingredients you need to remember and memorise as well.. If u want to have a good final product.. All the procedures you need to get it right.. You can't over mix or beat and can't under beat also.. You need to have skill.. Where you can get your skill?? Depend on your experience and go through a lot of experiments.. Of course, some time you will fail, but keep in mind.. Don't give up.. Try again and again.. Finally, success is yours..

Those who studying baking also need to have good command in English.. The course we study covered a wide branch of knowledge.. We have to tackle all practical and theory of bread & cakes, cookies, etc.. We also study business management, communication skill, kitchen design, safety at work, hygiene.. We need to present our product in English also.. Besides written word and practical test, we have to pass all the oral test conducted in English also..

I think this course will get me prepare for my future prospect in this field..
