My name is Tang Sin Fuk (Eric) from BST 12/522 who is studying at MIB (Malaysian Institute of Baking) right now.. I came from a small town, Sibu in Sarawak.. I'm a guy, can be very active and sometime quiet without any reason.. I like to make friends and love sports a lot.. I'm not a guy who really like to read books actually.. but i always train myself to make it as one of my habit..
Why I want to study baking and why I choose MIB?? A lot of my friends were very surprise that i have chosen this course.. Although i don't have any baking experience before I came to MIB.. I wish to have my own bakery and cafe since I'm studying in form 3.. but only a few friends know about it.. Maybe, it is the great interest in baking that pushed me along.. I think my hardworking and enthusiasm in baking will help me to achieve my goal in future.. Gambateh.. :D
